Raquel Benavidez is a business development strategist, social impact leader, and equity advocate with more than 20 years of experience creating opportunities for underrepresented communities. As Founder & CEO of Bien Loca Industries and Angels at Work, she leads mission-driven ventures that blend entrepreneurship, leadership development, and cultural storytelling to drive economic mobility.
A graduate of Leadership New Mexico and a certified facilitator of The Four Agreements for business, Raquel brings a values-based, collaborative approach to leadership and operations. She was named a 2025 Woman of Influence for her statewide impact and commitment to expanding access and opportunity.
Raquel serves on multiple advisory boards across New Mexico and is known for building spaces where leaders, entrepreneurs, and communities grow together—guided by equity, purpose, and joy.
